It is important to comment on other peoples blogs so they can add more detail next time and tell them what they
should feel good about and what they can make a change to. for example if they just put a sentence for their
answer you could tell them they could try and put at least 2 or more.

What is the FIRST step in giving feedback?
The first step when you use T.A.G. is to tell the blogger something that you like about their post for example if
someone put I have an adorable kitten called Millie. You could tell them that you liked how they used an
adjective describing the kitten and that they included the name to add more detail.

It is important to give the blogger positive feedback so they can feel good about what they have done and not get
put down and feel bad about the amount of effort they might've put into their blog. When you tell them
something really nice about their post it fills their bucket when they know they've done really nice job.

Do I have to do this step every time?
I think you definitely should use the "T" step when giving bloggers feedback so they never have to feel like
they haven't done enough work and that their post wasn't as good as they thought it was. They also might think
that none of their posts are good and they need to do a lot more work.

Ask the blogger a question & give the blogger a positive suggestion. You have to do these steps so the blogger
has something to improve on and know that not everything is going to be perfect when they want it to be.
